Ticking the box and completing checkout is your acceptance of the agreement (it's recorded with the payment). As soon as you're in, we'll connect your domain and get you live, usually within a few days.

Read the full agreement

1. Services. Groe Digital Inc. (“Groe”) will design, build, host and maintain a website and content dashboard for Windsor Hot Tub & Sauna Store (“Client”), connected to the Client's domain.

2. Fees. A one-time build fee of $2,500 CAD + applicable tax. An ongoing Care & Hosting fee of $20/month covers hosting, SSL, security and daily backups. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once service has been provided.

3. Client edits. The Client may edit their own content (services, prices, photos, hero media, announcements, business info) through the dashboard at any time, with no per-change fees.

4. Revisions & change requests. Before launch, you may request one round of reasonable minor adjustments (wording, photos, colours, section order, small layout tweaks) on the go-live form, included at no cost. After launch you make everyday changes yourself in the dashboard, free and unlimited; small design changes you can't do yourself are submitted through the “Request a change” link and are either rolled into the two-year refresh or done sooner for a small flat fee, quoted first. While on an active Care & Hosting plan, Groe provides one design/content refresh every two (2) years, up to four (4) hours of work. New pages, new features, e-commerce, integrations or a full redesign are quoted separately before any work begins.

5. Support. Support covers hosting and platform issues (the site being online, the dashboard working). It does not include unlimited custom design or development work.

6. Bookings & data. Showroom and phone bookings are handled through the Client's own booking calendar. Groe does not store the Client's customer or lead data.

7. Ownership. The Client owns their brand, written content, photographs and domain. Groe retains ownership of its underlying platform, code and templates. Hosting of the site is provided while the Client maintains an active Care & Hosting plan.

8. Cancellation. Either party may cancel Care & Hosting with 30 days' written notice. On cancellation, Groe will provide a one-time export of the Client's content; the live site is taken offline once hosting ends. The one-time build fee is non-refundable once the site is live.

9. Agreement. Completing checkout confirms the Client has read and agreed to these terms. This is a plain-language summary of the working relationship and may be superseded by a signed master services agreement.
